
About the Role
Our new part time videographer/editor will be responsible for filming & editing new GSC content, as well as editing our backlog of filmed classes from 2021. Classes will be uploaded to creative commons. Operates video cameras, on location in the production of professional pre-recorded programming. Designs, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field or studio productions. Video editing experience needed to create a coherent and complete project that accurately depicts GSC branding & artist info. Experience using complex editing software to piece together stills, footage, sound effects, dialog, and animation effects necessary. Candidates must provide their own equipment. Candidates with experience in photography and graphic design are preferred. Native American & Indigenous students encouraged to apply.

Assist with live stream setup
Post-production video editing
Requirements and Qualifications
Associate degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred but not required, we value your lived experince
Sample of previous work
A minimum of 1 or more years of experience using professional recording equipment
Knowledge of video editing software, including Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
Animation design skills are a plus
Ability to work independently
Technical/Troubleshooting skills necessary
